Pelti kiinni Ltd provides coated thin steel sheet products for construction and metal industry. We produce thin steel sheet profiles for both roofing and facade construction as well as standard flashings, trims and beads for all construction purposes. Whenever you need special lists we manufacture them with requested widths, lengths and angles according to the order. For complete roofing sets we provide safety stepladders and rainwater gutters and pipes.
Thin steel profiles are available in three types: PK-lock joint profile and PK-tileshaped profile for roofing and common PK-20 straight profile for both roofing and facades. Each of them are available in a variety of coatings, thicknesses and colours. Steel profile can be purchased in zinc or coated with polyester, polyurethane PUR or PVDF. Thicknesses vary form 0.45mm to 0.6 mm. Basic colours are black, red, brown and dark grey, special colours can be supplied on request for certain coatings, for example in white, silver, blue or green colour.
As a new tool for construction professionals we offer steel moulds for precise, quick, clean ja cost-effective base construction. We manufacture PK-steel moulds in two sizes, 200x600 mm and 300x500 mm, both with a modular composition. Modules are available in lengths of 2m, 3 m and 4 m. According to your construction drawings we offer you an optimal set of modules (numbers of lengths). PK steel moulds can be used not just once but as many times as possible, by replacing only the steel support clamps which are to be left in the concrete construction to provide reinforcement and strength for the base structure. The support clamps can be purchased from us.
Our location in Somero, Southwestern Finland, gives us excellent advantage for efficient logistics. In Finland, our products can be picked up from the factory or delivered directly to the construction site, according to the customer’s choice.
